Elementary Music

I’ve tried to divide the page by grade level and group level.  You will find resources for online music learning, games, lessons, songs, and so much more!

Each week I will post a new calendar of activities. Please note that these activities are not required or graded but will give your students a

chance to continue to enjoy and explore music. Click the links to access the video or worksheets.

Share what you are learning!

Take a picture or a video of what you are doing for music and send it to Mrs. Purin at purinj@bethel.k12.ok.us OR post to our Bethel Elementary Music Facebook Page.

Pictures may be posted on our FB page OR put in our school yearbook! Many videos can also be found on Mrs. Purin’s YouTube page.

5th Grade Recorders

For students that have recorders and want to learn how to play I will create lessons and post videos on Mrs. Purin’s YouTube page.  Ask parent’s permission before logging on and watching.  YouTube has a lot of great beginner recorder lessons.

Check them out and learn the notes “B,” “A,” and “G.” There are so many songs that can be played with just these first thre notes.  Some are in the packets below and some are pictured below.
